Orgova Tips To Help With Your Home, Travel And Park Visits

Tips To Help With Your Visit

Your Vacation Home

Choosing a Vacation Rental Home has so many advantages. Staying in a hotel can be very expensive, and the amenities are lacking. With an Orgova Vacation Villa, you have all the amenities of Home and even a Pool and Resort Community depending on chosen property. A vacation rental, can give so much more and likely save you over 50%.

Florida Climate & Weather

Florida has beautiful weather pretty much all year. You should be prepared however, as there can be some chilly days during the winter months and some intense heat and humidity during the summer months. Wear light clothes in the summer, bring water and expect afternoon thunderstorms typically anytime between 3pm and 7pm. Don’t worry however, while we can’t predict the weather we can say the afternoon storms typically clear out quickly.

A vacation rental is a great way to save money on meals. There are many grocery chains within a short distance of all the popular vacation resorts. If you choose stock up and cook breakfast & dinner in your own Villa. If you have no desire to cook while on vacation, plan accordingly. You can discuss with Orgova about using meal plans in the theme parks or just bringing lots of snacks to hold you over. If you do decide to have your meals in the theme parks, be sure to reserve ahead of time for character meals and other reservations. Also, look into Tables In Wonderland and other discount programs which may be available.

Travel Times

August through early October is peak hurricane season in Florida. Hurricanes are rare and most theme parks typically don’t close and are some of the safest places during a hurricane. Try to keep your arrival and departure times at the airports in mind through the summer dates. When the mid summer afternoon thunderstorms roll through, your flight could be delayed or you may get stuck on the runway. Best flight times are mornings and after 7pm. January and early February are the height of closures for ride refurbishment. All theme parks keep schedules of refurbishment activities, so be sure to check these times so you don’t miss your favorite attraction. If you are not a fan of the summer heat, plan your park visits in the morning and late afternoon. Take a break for lunch during the summer heat or go for a swim.

Rest assured, there is so much to do in the Orlando attractions area, it’s virtually impossible to see it all in one trip. If you try to over pack your schedule, not only are you going to be too tired to enjoy the attractions you visit but your vacation will seem more like work and constantly trying to coax very tired little ones. Walt Disney World ® alone can take up to four days to cover all the parks, and that’s with moving quickly.

Vehicle Rental

When renting a vacation home, if you didn’t drive to Florida a Vehicle Rental is your best option. Countless hours will be saved not waiting for public transportation or park shuttles. These saved hours can be used to spend more time visiting your favorite attractions. Ask our representatives about adding a car to your reservation or just click our rental partner link. Keep in mind, most parks charge for parking.

Disney Springs

Free Stuff To Do

Disney Springs is free – even the parking. There are area museums, nature parks and other variety you can add to your vacation for free.

The entire theme park area has lots of shopping. In addition to the shopping available in the parks, there are many gift stores, restaurants and other novelties along Route 192, Dr. Phillips, International Drive, Vineland Avenue and many other areas. If you need assistance on the best areas to look, feel free to ask your Orgova representative.
